Phelan Flats Open House This Thursday

The holidays have slowed down our blog updates a bit but we’re back in action and have a few updates to report.

Select My Space has been hiring new agents that will be fully prepared to serve you in your apartment search. We’re gearing up for a busy spring and summer season and want to make sure we have plenty agents available to assist you.

In other news, I hope you all enjoyed our previous post on Phelan Flatts, Alabama’s first “Green” apartments that have come to the Southside neighborhood. Well, tomorrow Thursday January 7, 2010 the owner and architect of Phelan Flats, Bruce Herrington, will be hosting an open house from 4-6 pm. Don’t worry ‘Bama fans, you can still get to this event and have time to get back home for the national championship game at 7.

Ethan Allen has graciously offered to furnish one of the units at Phelan Flats for this event and Bruce Herrington will be onsite to answer any of your question regarding Phelan Flats and green building initiatives.

We hope you will all attend and tell others about the event as well.
